Service Desk Technician Level II

Priwils Inc. is looking for an experienced Service Desk Technician Level II to join our team. The Service Desk Technician Level II must have experience with a ticketing system (ServiceNow is currently in use) asset management tools, imaging tools (such as SCCM), Symantec, Office 2016, Exchange, switches, and VPN; Excellent analytical, oral, and written communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills; Knowledgeable with Windows 10 environment; Ability to gain internal support and to operate independently without supervision.; Must have the ability to establish a solid working relationship with customers, technical staff, managers, and peers.; Experience with Apple, Android, and Window device preferred. ITIL V3 Foundation Certification preferred.

The potential candidate must have Four (4) years of directly related experience supporting help desk operations. High School diploma/GED with Eight (8) years of related experience, or Associate degree with six (6) years of experience, or bachelor’s degree with four (4) years of experience

Specialized Experience: Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) principles; Experience with working with SCCM and ServiceNow.
