Program Analyst I

Priwils Inc. is looking for an experienced Program Analyst I to join our team.  The potential candidate must have a minimum of 15 years' experience, a Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, Program Management, or a related discipline. Fifteen or more years of experience in the training, modeling and simulation, and performance improvement domain areas. Relevant professional experience can be considered commensurate with a formal degree. Duties may include, but not limited to:

  • Review, analysis and monitoring of policy trends and current events in current DOT policies and programs in support of the office's international strategic planning for the Department.

  • Provide research and analytic support to the office's oversight and coordination of the Department's intermodal activities related to transportation relations.

  • Support office engagement through public outreach campaigns in support of programs such as Human Trafficking and Women in Transportation.

  • Create, analyze, and edit materials on administration priorities, facts sheets, talking points, briefing papers, and questions and answers related to the Department's international functions.

  • Edit and proofread, and as necessary, reorganize drafts, and provide writing assistance for all correspondence generated within the office.

  • Assist in the coordination of meeting and event logistics, including greeting and escorting foreign diplomatic visitors.

  • Research background materials for the Director, Deputy Director and Team Leads for meetings with foreign dignitaries and foreign trips.

  • Create and maintain databases to track all incoming/outgoing correspondence, meeting records and files.

  • Manage operating systems such as DELPHI, PRISM, and E2.

  • Executive calendar management.

  • Plan and make travel arrangements.

  • Other international transportation policy support projects, to be defined.

  • Other administrative tasks as assigned.
