Service Desk Technician Level I

Priwils Inc. is looking for an experienced Service Desk Technician Level I to join our team.  The Service Desk Technician Level I perform a wide variety of tasks including the provision of front-line problem isolation and resolution services to Information Services' customers. In addition, this position is responsible for operation of all computer processors and peripheral devices, key entry activities, computer system backups, restart/recovery of system processes, archiving of system tapes, and monitoring system and network performance.

The potential candidate must have an Associate degree in Information Technology or related field required; Information Technology certifications can be substituted for the Associate degree; Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred. The candidate must also have two (2) years of experience in the Help Desk or IT support role required; Strong time management and communication skills to support growing business function; Experience with Apple, Android, and Window device preferred. ITIL V3 Foundation Certification preferred.

Specialized Experience: Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) principles; Experience with working with SCCM and ServiceNow.
