IT Contact Center Specialist 

Priwils Inc. is looking for an experienced IT Contact Center Specialist to join our team.  The IT Contact Center Specialist works closely Contact Center team and IT staff to 1) analyze & optimize contact center applications performance, 2) make technical recommendations and drive solutions to technical problems, 3) coordinates and supports all voice components including telephony contact center applications, and 4) process change requests and implement according to schedule using IT’s project management methodology.

 

The potential candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field from an accredited college or university. 

 

Specialized Experience: Five (5) years Avaya telephony support experience that includes: Two (2) year’s Verint desktop analytics support experience; Two (2) years’ experience with Avaya Communications Manager (CM) 6.2 or newer; Two (2) years’ experience with Avaya Elite Multichannel (EMC) 6.3/CCE OR Associate’s degree in information technology or a related field with 

 

Specialized Experience: Eight (8) years Avaya telephony support experience that includes: Three (3) year’s Verint desktop analytics support experience; Two (2) years’ experience with Avaya Communications Manager (CM) 6.2 or newer; Two (2) years’ experience with Avaya Elite Multichannel (EMC) 6.3/CCE.
